After you’ve placed an order online (thank you kindly!), you will receive an email confirmation. Once we’ve received your payment, your order is shipped within seven business day (another email is sent to confirm your package has left our building).
Please note that payment processing may take some time, depending on the chosen payment method. If for some unfortunate reason an item is out of stock we will contact you right away and offer replacement or full refund.
All of our packages are fully insured. If the products, for whatever reason, do not arrive at your address we will start an investigation at the postal service. This may take a while. Once we find out what has gone wrong with your package, we either send the package again or refund your payment.
Our packages are discreet, with only your address and a generic return address on the outside of the package. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
Our packages are tracked and require a signature.
To be fair to all of our customers, we apply a weight-based shipping fee according to your chosen shipping location. The price of shipping reflects exactly what it costs us to get your order to you. No more, no less.

If something broke during transport, we’re sorry. To get your replacement or refund (up to you!) as soon as possible, please email us within 48 hours of receipt of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your order number and at least one photo of the damaged item in the original packaging.
If you wish to return your items you must notify us in writing at email@example.com within 14 working days of your order being delivered. Products must be unused and in the original packaging including all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. Please note, that some products may not be cancelled, these include:
Products that have been clearly personalised; and Products that are perishable, including all teas and food products.
We deliver your products by a tracked postal service and would recommend that you return to us on a trackable service to ensure safe delivery. Please note, we can only reimburse return postage for damaged or faulty products. We will action your refund within 14 working days of receiving the return, subject to meeting our returns and refunds policy.
